Sorry to hear you're lacking in inspiration for a project, CFQ. I think we all go thru that to some extent at one time or another. Have you tried looking over the Monsterlist or Omar's Haunted Trail project list or Haunt Project?
Maybe it's the heat doing this to ya'. Who can be inspired when it's so dang HOT!
I hope you can find something that will "light your fire" (for prop-making).
If I come up with any ideas I'll drop you a note.

I May have found my project for 2010.  ( other than "finishing off previously started projects:  moving coffin pop up and bleed tombstone)
Ishwitch may want to do a slightly different version of this  for her Vampire party.   she is on that track in the party thread.     My mind is still foggy with the possibilities.   But I see cool possiblities .

I have always like the Parkfield Cemetery and Morgue.
Hamm and I copied the coffin cart  idea last year,  and I think somewhere in the food posts I have posted a couple of pics of the
Eatible Corspe  food  table they presented one year.
I am a collector of web photo's and sometimes don't always copy the origintor informaiton right.    All I knew :  Parkfield Cemetery somewhere here in Florida.

Now I stumble on the pictures and blogs of Artsy Chiqua and realize she is one of Spyder's  Mad Lab  cronies and regular poster on most of the Halloween forums.   She is Parkfield Cemetery and Morgue.    She also lives here in Florida...so I am wondering (big time)  , why she isn't a Florida Haunter.   She lives in Naples:   one of those south Florida Haunters  that would be an exceptional bright light  to Mr. Shreck, Kindred Spirt and those down that way.   She has a lot to offer for Make and Takes.  But I digress in my purpose of my post.  I guess she can't belong to just every forum and halloween org.

This is a link to her Emblaming Station:   Cool  Idea !  Hey Hey  Ish with your Liquors !    You can IV your Vamps !
But it shows her Paper Mache'd  Corspe Tray ( kind of remisicent of Brushe's Operation game)    But this is the "tray"    she put the food on in .   Its  at the end of the How to and I found the pic to post too.
the second link is to Halloween forum where she listed her food items.

...

I think I will start concentrating on inside decorations ..
At least it will be cooler and setting up  .....could begin NOW since my house is going the haunted direction anyway...
Maybe a wall crawler?   Or back to the Hands coming out of the bathroom wall?     yea yea  I am starting to get it ...
now short of time   119 days away.   Undecided

It is either the eatible corspe mache'd tray  (  I think its soooo artsy cool  and I perhaps the containers can be shaped as the body organs?   )     :

and/or  a Bell Tower Steeple for on top of the house that Hamm says will "blow away"  lol.
I usually don't listen to Hamm when it comes to this stuff, So it is  Still on my project board.  complete with Bats in the Belfry.... ( so if any of you have ideas on how to design /make a bell tower to sit on my rooftop and no blow away....please post me.)     okay ...so I will include a inspiration photo of that too.
Oh...and bell.   Can't find one that is affordable...So  upside down Plant container shaped like a bell   is what I would use.
...

Or a MAZE  full of spiders !    ( would really like to do a walk through  roach  hall  into a spider den)   but that doesn't fit our cemetery theme which Hamm is focusing on this year again.

The blood is stirring and it tickles .    GrinBut  stupid hot yard work is calling to me now.
